Their ‘Cybertak’ system is a revolutionary new service, providing Lone Worker Protection, Resource Management & Internet Access all through one mobile phone.

This service is the first of its kind in Europe, and is managed by Orbis Monitoring Services 24 hour call centre at Cheshire Oaks. Orbis have also partnered with corporates that include vodafone, Siemens and Benefon.

Check Comms installed a fully redundant Inter-Tel Axxess platform for the company that included Call View CTI, and full recording of all telephone conversations for security and training purposes. This was a major advance for Orbis who regard the solution designed by Check Comms as their basis for expansion for the company and have written links into their own software to control dialling and playback of recordings.
